Application Overview
Bakeware sits in a 230 °C oven and touches food directly: volatiles and migration are the two failure modes that trigger recalls. We produce baking mats and molds in LFGB-verified platinum silicone with volatility below 0.5%, verified by independent lab reports. Reinforced fiberglass-core mats keep flat through thousands of oven cycles.

Manufacturing Process
Mats are compression molded with fiberglass core lamination; molds are LSR injection or compression molded.
- Platinum-cure compounds — no peroxide by-products, no odor
- Fiberglass core laminated in-cycle; edges sealed to stop fray
- Post-cure bakes out residual volatiles before packing
- Non-stick surface molded in — no coating to degrade
