Application Overview
A foldable container folds thousands of times and must not crack at the hinge or leak at the rim. We mold collapsible containers with engineered living-hinge walls, rigid rim overmolded onto soft body (or vice versa), and a rim gasket that locks leak-proof when clipped. Freezer-to-oven range from -40 °C to 230 °C.

Manufacturing Process
Containers are LSR injection molded with multi-durometer two-shot tooling for hinge and rim.
