Application Overview
A base-station enclosure gasket cannot be serviced — it must seal for decades against UV, ozone, rain and 70 °C cabinet temperatures. We produce die-cut, molded and co-extruded gasket frames in ozone-resistant silicone, with corner-molded joints that remove the weak point of glued corners. Compression-load curves are provided to support enclosure design.

Manufacturing Process
Frames are die-cut flat, then corner-molded or splice-vulcanized into continuous perimeter gaskets.

- Adhesive backing or clip-in feature options for fast assembly
