Application Overview
Suction cups for plates and bowls need reliable grip on smooth surfaces plus easy-release tabs for parents; silicone bibs need a soft collar that survives 100s of washing cycles. We mold both in food-grade LSR with optimized lip geometry for lasting vacuum, and reinforced collar zones that resist tearing at the neck fastener.

Manufacturing Process
Flat parts are LSR injection or compression molded with controlled lip geometry.
- Suction lip radius tuned per FEA and real-surface grip testing
- Collar reinforcement co-molded to stop fastener tear-out
- Deep-draw parts demolded automatically to avoid stretch marks
- Post-cure for low volatiles and taste neutrality
