Application Overview
A teether goes straight into the mouth and gets chewed for months, so it must survive pulling, biting and freezing without shedding a particle. We mold one-piece LSR teethers with rounded edges, food-grade pigments and zero fillers. Designs with multiple hardness zones (firm handle, soft biting surface) are molded in one cycle, not assembled.

Manufacturing Process
Teethers are LSR injection molded one-piece with in-mold texture and durometer transitions.
- Multi-durometer overmolding in one cycle — handle and bite zone without glue
- Rounded-edge tool design eliminates sharp parting lines
- Freezer-safe (-40 °C) and dishwasher-safe compounds selected
- Post-cure for low volatiles; food-grade single packaging
