Application Overview
A training-cup valve must let liquid through when a toddler sips and seal tight when the cup tips over. We mold cross-slit and pinhole valves with crack pressure tuned per customer spec — and verify leak-back performance on every lot. One-piece construction means the valve cannot be disassembled by small hands.

Manufacturing Process
Valves are flashless LSR injection molded; slits are formed by precision tool inserts, never cut afterwards.

- Cleanroom molding keeps fluid paths particle-free
