Application Overview
Sensor diaphragms translate pressure into signal — stiffness must be identical from part 1 to part 1,000,000. We LSR-injection mold diaphragms with wafer-thin sensing zones and rigid mounting flanges in one shot, eliminating assembly drift. Compounds are formulated for low hysteresis and resistance to media such as brake fluid, diesel and glycol.

Manufacturing Process
Diaphragms are LSR injection molded in zero-flash tools with optical-grade cavity finishes.
- Sensing membrane thickness controlled to ±0.01 mm by insert precision
- Rigid flange and soft membrane co-molded — no bonding drift
- Post-cure cycle stabilized to lock in modulus
- Lot-controlled pigment batches for traceability
