Application Overview
Engine-bay and EV high-voltage harnesses need sleeves that insulate, shed heat and resist abrasion for 15 years. We extrude and mold silicone sleeves in flame-retardant grades, with expandable, split and custom-boot geometries. EV high-voltage variants use high-track-resistance compounds for safety-critical insulation.

- ✓ISO 6722-1 style automotive cable environment compatibility

- ✓Service range -50 °C to +200 °C, short-term +230 °C
Manufacturing Process
Straight sleeves are continuous-cured extrusion; boots and transitions are compression or LSR injection molded.
- Platinum or peroxide cure selected per application (odor vs. elongation)
- Expandable braid-reinforced constructions for retrofit installation
- Split sleeves with self-closing geometry for in-vehicle wrapping
- Marking (part number, date) in-line printed or molded

- 🔍Hardness per ASTM D2240 (Shore A) on every batch
