Application Overview
Connector seals live in a hostile world: repeated mating cycles, thermal shock, fluid splash and vibration. We mold wire seals, cavity seals and interface gaskets with knife-edge geometries that meet OEM insertion/extraction force windows and TIA (tightness of interface) requirements. Compounds are tuned for low insertion friction without losing long-term seal load.

Manufacturing Process
Seals are LSR injection or transfer molded in multi-cavity tools with knife-edge release engineering.
- Knife-edge geometry released without tearing through tool temperature and demold automation
- Low-friction, non-blooming compound formulations
- One-piece wire-seal overmolding onto terminal seals where required
- Post-cure and lubricity stabilization for consistent insertion force
