Application Overview
A medical or industrial keypad must click the same on day 1,000 as on day 1. We mold silicone keypads with laser-aligned conductive pills (carbon or gold), web geometries tuned to your actuation-force curve, and printed or laser-etched legends. Life-tested to 1-5 million cycles depending on the stack-up.

Manufacturing Process
Keypads are compression or LSR injection molded with pills inserted in-mold or post-cure assembled.
- Web-thickness FEAs tune actuation force and snap-ratio to your feel spec
- Conductive pills positioned by nesting fixtures to ยฑ0.05 mm
- Epoxy or laser legends applied after post-cure
- Die-cut adhesive backing option for assembly
Quality Inspection
