Application Overview
A charging-port plug or enclosure seal has one job: keep water out, cycle after cycle. We mold LSR plugs and seals with plug-lip interference engineered against your housing tolerance, validated by repeated IPX7/IP68 immersion and temperature cycling. Optical-grade and cosmetic-color compounds available for visible parts.

Manufacturing Process
Plugs and seals are LSR injection molded flashless; port plugs can be overmolded onto plastic retainers in one cycle.
