Application Overview
Optical LSR combines glass-like clarity with the design freedom of injection molding β ideal for LED lenses, sensor windows and light guides. We mold optical-grade LSR in cleanroom tools with mirror cavities, achieving transmittance above 90% across the visible spectrum and stable performance from -40 Β°C to 150 Β°C without yellowing.

Manufacturing Process
Lenses are LSR injection molded in Class-100,000 cleanroom conditions with high-polish optical cores.
- No release agents β cleanroom demold automation preserves optical surfaces
- Particle-free handling and individual PE bagging
- Pigment-free base resin with optional light-diffusing dosing
- Gate design optimized to keep flow marks out of the optical zone
