Application Overview
A strap touches skin all day: it must be soft, hypoallergenic, sweat-proof and hold color. We mold wearable straps in skin-safe LSR with matte (paint-free) or glossy finishes, integrated buckle retainers and quick-release spring-bar features. Cosmetic color matching to Pantone is included in development.

Manufacturing Process
Straps are LSR injection molded with in-mold texture; multi-color versions use two-shot tooling.
- Paint-free matte finish molded by tool texture — nothing to wear off
- Spring-bar holes and quick-release features molded in one cycle
- Pantone color matching at D65 and TL84
- Post-cure for low volatiles and consistent softness
