Application Overview
Bellows absorb axial, lateral and angular movement on pumps, actuators and shafts while keeping dust and moisture out. We mold custom bellows with convolution geometry engineered for your stroke length and cycle life — validated by fatigue testing to millions of strokes. Reinforced and fabric-inserted constructions extend life in severe duty.

Manufacturing Process
Bellows are compression or injection molded with collapsible or stripping cores for deep convolutions.

- Fatigue validation runs (1M+ cycles) before PP approval
