Application Overview
Web-handling rollers need a cover that grips consistently without marking the product. We vulcanize silicone covers onto customer cores or supply complete rollers, then grind to final diameter and runout spec. Durometer from 20 to 80 Shore A covers release to high-traction duty; food-grade compounds available for packaging lines.

Manufacturing Process
Covers are extruded-wound or molded onto prepared cores, autoclave vulcanized, then CNC ground.
- Core preparation: degrease, grit-blast, prime for permanent bond
- Grinding produces final OD, crown and surface finish per print
- Texture (grooves, knurl) available for traction or release control
- Recover service: worn covers stripped and re-covered
