Application Overview
From food-processing lines to high-temperature ovens, we supply O-rings in standard AS568 dash sizes and custom dimensions, plus die-cut gaskets in any 2D shape. Compounds cover platinum-cured food-grade, steam-stable, and high-temperature silicone; FKM and FVMQ are available for fuel and oil service. Splice-vulcanized rings serve large-diameter, low-volume needs economically.

Manufacturing Process
O-rings are compression or injection molded; large diameters are splice-vulcanized from extruded cord.
- Multi-cavity compression tooling for economical standard sizes
- Precision die-cutting (kiss-cut available) for flat gaskets with adhesive backing
- Splice joints vulcanized with matched-cord tooling at ≥80% joint strength
- Custom compounds tuned per media (steam, glycol, CIP chemicals)
