Application Overview
Machinery isolation pads and bonded dampers must hold their spring rate under continuous load, heat and oil mist. We mold damping elements in silicone and FKM/silicone hybrids, bonded to steel plates with chemically-anchored adhesion that passes zero-delamination pull-off testing. Custom stiffness curves are tuned by compound selection and geometry.

Manufacturing Process
Dampers are compression molded with metal inserts primed and bonded in-cycle.
- Insert preparation: degreasing, grit-blasting and bonding-agent application
- Controlled cure cycle bonds rubber to steel chemically — no mechanical fasteners
- Trimmed and load-tested sampling to verify spring rate
- Custom stiffness achieved through durometer, shape factor and void design
