Silicone swells 20-40% on exit, so a die that cuts the finished profile dimensionally will never run stable. We design extrusion dies with swell compensation calculated from compound rheology, then prove them on our own extrusion lines until the profile holds tolerance continuously — you receive a die that runs, not a die that needs debugging.
