Application Overview
LSR molding lives or dies on tool quality: cold-runner decks, vacuum venting and parting-line precision decide whether you get flashless parts or hours of deburring. We design and CNC-machine LSR injection molds in-house, from 1-cavity prototyping tools to 64-cavity production tools, with DFM feedback built into every quote.
Technical Standards
- ✓Cavity steel: S136 / 1.2344 ESR, hardened to HRC 48-52
- ✓Cavity dimension accuracy ±0.01 mm; GD&T per ISO 1101
- ✓Cold-deck (no runner waste) and vacuum venting as standard options

Manufacturing Process
In-house toolroom: CAD (UG/NX) → CAM → CNC machining → trial on our own presses.
